Landscape Construction Foreman $25 - $35 per hour

Blue Sky Property Services is looking for our Landscaping Construction Foreman/Woman to build our landscape construction service team with. $25 - $35 per hour!
Mostly new equipment including skid steers, mini-excavator, muck trucks, trailers and trucks. Most equipment is new to 2 years old. We have relationships with pool builders and large commercial construction companies. Projects you can expect to work on include everything from from full commercial new builds (1-2 million), complete residential new installs (75-250,00), french drain systems, paver walkways and patios, softscaping, retaining walls, and lighting systems. We employ full time year round as there is lots of snow work to go around as well. Salary is available with vacation if the candidate prefers instead of hourly pay. The candidate will be encouraged to assist in building this department for successful and sustainable growth.
You will be required to:
- perform physical duties over the length of the shift
- proficiencies in paver and interlock installation, garden creation, sod work, retainming wall installation, and pool coping installations
- have transportation to our office
- provide a valid class G driver's licence with clean abstract
- provide hands on contsruction skills with staff supervision resposnsibilites as well
