Responsibilites:
welcome and identify customer needs
explain products and services to customers
monitor inventory to ensure products is in stock
enter and process customer orders
investigate and resolve customer complaints
loading and unloading shipments and deliveries
Qualifications:
previous experience in garden centre retail sales, landscaping or horticulture related fields
possess strong customer service skills
able to handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs and repetitive tasks including bending, crouching, standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods of time
